YOU'RE NOT LISTENING TO ME: Learn to Communicate Better by Improving the Listening Side

Put a Little JJ In Your Life
Over 25 years ago, I hired my father-in-law, J.J. Prendamano to be our General Manager at Signarama. What a lot of people thought was a crazy idea (hiring your father-in-law) turned into the smartest decision I’ve ever made. From 58 years of marriage to Suzanne to being the best father possible of three girls, to accepting his three sons-in-law as family, to being the best “Poppy” to his grandchildren, J.J. lived an amazing life. Of it all, he would tell you he loved Jesus the most!

Do you have IT?: Do you have what it takes to be successful? Do you want to find it?
You never know where your next idea, inspiration or motivation will come from. For me i was watching a show on pop music and they were talking about how Brittany Spears went to this studio in sweden. The studio had become world famous from the band ABBA. Brittany not only worked really hard, and was talented, but as they said on the show, “she just had it.” This got me thinking about what it was. What is this magical thing called it?
