Randal Moore grew up in Richmond, VA, and later moved with his mother and younger brother to Myrtle Beach, SC, in search of a better life. There, he opened his first auto restyling shop, quickly establishing it as the top tint and audio shop in the Grand Strand. Alongside his business success, he also earned a real estate license, further sharpening his knowledge of customer service and market growth. These early experiences laid the foundation for the leadership and vision he brings to Black Optix Tint today.
In 2014, Randal returned to Richmond to open the first Black Optix Tint location in his hometown. The store immediately became the #1 tint shop in the area, and what began as a single business rapidly expanded into a multimillion-dollar franchise. Randal attributes this success to a simple philosophy: “We separate ourselves with a proven business model centered around customer care. Our team is second to none, and our franchise will quickly become a household name.” His dedication and hands-on experience have earned him the trust of franchisees, who consistently praise his support and leadership as the driving force behind their decision to join the brand.
Today, as CEO of Black Optix Tint, Randal devotes his time to helping franchisees grow, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating training for new stores. His passion for building successful entrepreneurs sets Black Optix Tint apart within the United Franchise Group family.
