About Ray Titus

Ray Titus, CEO of United Franchise Group, has turned franchising into a passion-driven career, shaping UFG into a global leader for entrepreneurs. His core values of growth, positivity, and family have driven the success of brands like Signarama, Fully Promoted, and Transworld Business Advisors, alongside the recent addition of food brands like The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill and Graze Craze.

Ray’s journey began with his father, Roy Titus, the founder of Minute Man Press, and continues today with UFG’s 35th anniversary. Since founding Signarama in 1986, Ray’s vision has expanded into over 1800 franchises in more than 80 countries.

Alongside UFG’s success, Ray founded AFI and Franchise Real Estate to help advance the franchise industry. A dedicated family man, Ray’s wife Andrea and children are involved in UFG, making it a truly family-oriented business.

Ray has earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious “E” Award from President Bush and recognition as Florida Entrepreneur of the Year. He has written several books and is committed to giving back through the UFG Foundation and the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University, advancing education in franchising.
