From annual brand conventions to our World Expo every three years, these gatherings are more than just meetings. They’re opportunities to learn, connect, and celebrate what it means to be part of the UFG family.  

Franchise ownership is fast-paced and ever-changing. Attending conventions ensures franchisees are always ahead of the curve. Running a business can sometimes feel isolating, but at UFG events, no one stands alone. The value of connecting face-to-face, even once a year, goes beyond what’s possible over Zoom. “If there’s a challenge, we have an ecosystem,” Josh says. “You can pick up the phone and ask, ‘How did you overcome this?’”
