Baxter Brings Successful Track Record of Brand Leadership and Strategic Planning

In this new position, Baxter will be responsible for establishing and executing strategic planning for the brand as well as developing systems to ensure world-class operational infrastructure.
Prior to joining UFG, Baxter brings with him more than 30 years of experience in operations, sales and acquisitions, from start-up companies to multi-million dollar enterprises. He is also a former business owner with proven successes in creating opportunities for revenue and corporate growth.
