United Franchise Group Appoints Christina Parsons as Chief Intelligence Officer

United Franchise Group™ (UFG) has announced the appointment of Christina Parsons as Chief Intelligence Officer, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation, data-driven strategy, and scalable global growth.

Parsons brings more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, and multi-unit franchise strategy to the UFG executive team. A longtime partner of the organization since 2008, she previously served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Creative Strategy at Marketing.com and founded DAS Group, a digital marketing firm later acquired by Marketing.com. Her longstanding relationship with UFG provides deep familiarity with the company’s brands, franchisees, and growth objectives. In her new role, Parsons will lead the integration of data, AI-powered tools, and advanced analytics across UFG’s global portfolio. Her focus includes strengthening connections between marketing platforms and operational systems, improving reporting and decision-making, and developing tools that help franchisees make smarter local marketing decisions.

Founder and CEO Ray Titus emphasized the strategic importance of the appointment, noting, “Her critical thinking and analytical expertise working with multi-unit franchise brands paired with her in-depth knowledge of our company will be a tremendous asset to our brands and franchisees.”

Parsons views the role as an opportunity to align brand, performance, and technology to support long-term growth. “Marketing will foster UFG’s growth by building durable brand equity while driving predictable demand,” she said. “When brand, performance and enablement are aligned, growth becomes repeatable.”

The appointment reflects UFG’s broader strategy to leverage data as a foundation for modern franchise growth. By aligning insights across sales, marketing, and operations, UFG aims to create scalable systems that support its network of more than 1,800 franchise locations worldwide.

With nearly 40 years of franchising experience and operations in more than 80 countries, United Franchise Group continues to evolve its leadership structure to meet the demands of a rapidly changing business landscape while empowering franchise owners through innovation and smarter decision-making.
