United Franchise Group™ Announces Newest Brand, Black Optix Tint®

United Franchise Group™ (UFG), a global leader in franchising, has announced the acquisition of Black Optix Tint, a fast-growing auto styling and window tinting franchise. The brand joins UFG’s Starpoint Brands™ division, further strengthening its portfolio of innovative and high-performing franchise concepts. 

The addition of Black Optix Tint marks a strategic move in UFG’s continued expansion into emerging markets with strong consumer demand and scalable business models. Known for its expertise in vehicle styling, tinting, and customization, the brand brings a fresh category to the UFG network while complementing Starpoint Brands’ existing lineup.

Moore first began working with Accurate Franchising, Inc. (AFI)—another UFG brand—in 2023.
