Teriyaki Madness, Graze Craze and Scenthound announce updates

Teriyaki Madness opened its Franklin location at 2000 Mallory Lane on Friday, Aug. 9.

Local entrepreneur Keyur Patel will be the franchisee for the restaurant, which is his second in the Nashville area. Patel and his family own a portfolio of businesses from hotels to gas stations to fast-casual restaurants like Teriyaki Madness and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

“I started exploring the restaurant business in 2021,” Patel said in a release. “I looked at different concepts and decided that Teriyaki Madness was a great fit for us. The food concept and offerings seemed exciting to the community.”

Patel also said that he has a third franchise license but did not disclose where they are scoping out the next location. Teriyaki Madness has more than 150 locations in three countries and aims to continue its franchising momentum.

“From customers and franchisees alike, the demand for Teriyaki Madness is growing everywhere, and we have no plans to slow down anytime soon,” Michael Haith, CEO of Teriyaki Madness, said in the release. “Keyur’s new location in Franklin is a big moment for us and is another important step in our mission to bowl over the whole country with delicious teriyaki.”
