Nearly 400 franchise owners and team members gathered in Las Vegas for the 2025 Signarama international convention, SARCON—an event that showcased the brand’s continued leadership in the sign and graphics industry. Held alongside the International Sign Association’s Sign Expo, SARCON focused on one theme: business growth through education, innovation, and collaboration. Over three days, franchisees participated in training sessions, networking events, and celebrations that reinforced the strength and unity of the Signarama network.
President A.J. Titus highlighted the importance of the convention, noting, “This year’s SARCON demonstrated the incredible strength and resilience of our franchise network. Coming together as a franchise family allows us to celebrate our collective achievements and share strategies that drive success.” The programming centered around four key pillars—Sales, Production & Installation, Numbers, and Store Culture—designed to equip franchise owners with tools to drive profitability, operational excellence, and team engagement.
A major announcement from the convention was Signarama’s new partnership with digital marketing agency Location3. The collaboration will enhance Signarama’s national visibility through targeted SEO and advertising campaigns, while empowering local owners with LOCALACT, Location3’s proprietary local marketing platform. Through this system, franchisees can manage and optimize their own store-level marketing campaigns, backed by support from dedicated Local Marketing Advisors. The platform also integrates seamlessly with Signarama’s Gorilla Dash system through Single Sign-On, simplifying operations across the network.
The event’s educational sessions were complemented by a vendor trade show and peer-led discussions that encouraged collaboration and knowledge sharing. The convention culminated in the 2025 Awards Gala, honoring exceptional franchise owners for their performance, innovation, and community impact. Notable winners included Bob Chapa (Most Valuable Player), Kathy Evert (President’s Award), Kevin McCord (Humanitarian of the Year), and the Lamb Family (Hall of Fame inductees). Franchisees from across the globe were recognized for excellence in categories such as design, community involvement, and overall business growth.
SARCON 2025 reflected what continues to define Signarama’s success: a culture of learning, innovation, and mutual support. As part of the United Franchise Group family, Signarama continues to set the standard for franchise excellence and industry leadership through collaboration, technology adoption, and a shared commitment to helping businesses thrive.
