Record Growth
This year, Proforma – the No. 3 distributor in the PPAI 100 – says it had 40 of its distributor owners make the magazine’s list, a record for the Independence, Ohio-based organization.
“The inclusion of 40 Proforma distributor owners on the Inc. 5000 list is a testament to our network’s resilience and ability to drive significant growth,” says Jeff Myers, vice president of finance at Proforma. “It reflects not only their individual success, but also the robust support and innovative solutions Proforma provides to empower our distributor owners.”
Ryan Paules, CEO and “Chief Swag Officer” of Los Angeles-based distributor Radar Promotions, says he’s honored that his firm has cracked the list for the first time.
- Receiving 2024 PPAI 100 High Marks for Growth, Radar Promotions surpassed $2 million in revenue for the first time in 2023.
“This is a testament to our focus on our team-selling approach internally, and a painfully service-focused approach with our clients,” Paules says. “In short, Radar Promotions focuses on building relationships, not sales. In our experience, and the numbers seem to back this up, if you do the first, the second will come.”
Houston, Texas-based Binated, a workforce provider specializing in delivering tailor made workforce solutions across a range of industries, including promotional products, has been included for the second year on the Inc. 5000 list. Anish Varghese, the company’s founder and CEO, says, “We are incredibly honored to be recognized once again on the Inc. 5000 list. This achievement reflects our team’s unwavering commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
“Being part of this elite group of companies for the second time is not just a milestone but a validation of the values and goals that drive us daily.”
Making The List
To qualify for eligibility in the 2024 Inc. 5000 listing, each privately held company must have generated at least $100,000 in revenue in 2020 and no less than $2 million in revenue in 2023, among other criteria.
“One of the greatest joys of my job is going through the Inc. 5000 list,” says Mike Hofman, who recently joined Inc. as editor-in-chief. “To see all of the intriguing and surprising ways that companies are transforming sectors, from healthcare and AI to apparel and pet food, is fascinating for me as a journalist and storyteller. Congratulations to this year’s honorees, as well, for growing their businesses fast despite the economic disruption we all faced over the past three years, from supply chain woes to inflation to changes in the workforce.”
