Graze Craze Reaches 100th Location

Graze Craze, the charcuterie board and catering franchise known for helping customers “Celebrate Everything,” has reached a major milestone—opening its 100th location in less than five years since launching its franchise program. The new store, located in Lake Nona, Florida, marks a defining moment in the brand’s rapid rise within the food franchise industry. Fewer than 20% of U.S. franchises ever reach this scale, placing Graze Craze in an elite category of fast-growing, sustainable brands.

President Cory Hibbard attributes the achievement to the strength of the concept and the dedication of its franchisees. “Hitting 100 locations in such a short period of time is a major milestone,” Hibbard said. “It validates that charcuterie is not a fleeting trend but a timeless, versatile way of dining that brings people together.” Supported by parent company United Franchise Group™ (UFG) and its Big Flavor Brands™ division, Graze Craze continues to expand both domestically and internationally, with locations now open in the U.S., Australia, France, and Canada.

Under Hibbard’s leadership, the brand’s growth has been both strategic and consistent. Since launching in 2021, Graze Craze has posted 27 consecutive weeks of year-over-year average unit volume (AUV) growth and 16 straight positive quarters as of Q2 2025. This financial performance underscores the brand’s staying power and broad consumer appeal. “For Graze Craze to accomplish this in less than five years is extraordinary,” said Ray Titus, CEO of UFG. “It’s a testament to the concept’s strength, the commitment of our franchise owners, and the growing consumer appetite for innovative dining experiences.”

Graze Craze’s success stems from a clear market position: it fills an underserved niche within the catering and fast-casual sectors by focusing exclusively on artfully designed charcuterie. Each board, box, and grazing table is crafted by “expert Grazologists” using premium meats, cheeses, fruits, and house-made spreads. The brand has built its reputation on providing a consistent, convenient solution for every occasion—whether personal celebrations, business events, or everyday gatherings—making charcuterie both accessible and elevated.

As the brand celebrates its 100th location, its mission remains unchanged: to help people connect through food. “What started as an idea in an underserved market has become a nationwide movement,” Hibbard said. Backed by UFG’s global infrastructure and a passionate franchise network, Graze Craze continues to prove that charcuterie is more than a trend—it’s a category-defining experience built to last.
