The 2026 TBA Regional Meetings run April–June in four major cities. These one-day events offer an intimate setting to collaborate, share best practices, and connect with fellow Transworld professionals.
Expect dynamic speakers, interactive sessions for agents and owners, and plenty of networking. Attendees are encouraged to join their regional meeting—but welcome to attend multiple events if they wish.

    Faq’s

    Can I attend more than one regional?

    Absolutely! Please register for each regional you plan to attend. Registration is required for an accurate head count.

    Is there a cost to attend?

    Yes, there will be a registration fee of $150 to cover meals, materials, and meeting space.

    Are agents allowed to attend?

    Yes! We will have breakout sessions specific for owners and agents.

    Will there be a TBA Conference this year?

    No- the next full conference will be in 2027 for the World Expo in DC!

    If I plan to go to the IBBA, can I attend that regional meeting?

    Yes, but please make sure you are registered to attend that regional. Registration is required.

    Will meals be provided?

    Yes, registration includes lunch, and refreshment breaks during the event.

    What is the refund policy?

    All requests to cancel or substitute registrants must be made in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be made with at least 30-day notice, no cancellations allowed less than 30 days of the event. Substitution of registrations with name change can be made at no charge.

    What do I do if I have a vendor who would like to sponsor?
