I got into the franchise aspect of the restaurant business—rather than starting our own—because we needed the support. I had never been in the restaurant industry at any point in my life, so we knew we needed that guidance, leadership, and pure knowledge to go where we wanted to go.

I was fascinated with restaurant concepts that have scaled and expanded. When I found out about The Great Greek and visited Vegas, I loved the food—and just knew I wanted to get involved. Starting a franchise intrigued me because of the scalability of it.

The reason I decided to buy a Graze Craze franchise is they basically give you the recipe for success. They’ve tested all the products—and I felt it was easier than doing it on my own.

What excites me the most about Graze Craze is being part of the first national charcuterie brand—being a pioneer in building something on this scale.
