Ray Titus is the CEO of United Franchise Group and its affiliated companies. Mr. Titus is a life-long entrepreneur who founded Signarama, growing it into the leading sign franchise in the world and laying the foundation for what has become United Franchise Group (UFG), The Global Leader for Entrepreneurs. Today UFG affiliated brands are among the most recognized within multiple industries, from franchise services to the family of affiliated franchise brands within the United Franchise Group division. Ray’s commitment to franchising helped establish the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University, the first university center of its kind. His philosophies on growth, positive attitude, and family influence the core values that have driven success within the award-winning brands he has developed from conception to international expansion.

Austin Titus

Austin Titus is the Brand President of Accurate Franchising, Inc., where he leads the company’s efforts to help entrepreneurs expand their businesses through franchising. He began his career at United Franchise Group by working at the Fully Promoted store in Boynton Beach, gaining valuable hands-on experience in franchise operations.

As the middle son of UFG Founder and CEO Ray Titus, Austin has been immersed in the world of franchising his entire life. That lifelong exposure has fueled a deep passion for the industry, particularly in franchise development and broker relations, where he’s built a strong foundation. Today, Austin combines that experience with a growth-focused mindset to help emerging brands scale through franchising.

Michael White

Michael White began his career as a Marketing Consultant for Signarama in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina. He officially joined UFG in 2008, when he was named a Regional Director for Signarama and Fully Promoted in the Carolinas. Over the past 15 years, Michael has worked up the ranks to become Chief Development Officer, where he oversees franchise sales and the development of our family of brands.

Andrew Titus

Andrew Titus is a driven and motivated professional with a strong background in business and sales. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in management and marketing from Samford University. Throughout his career, he has consistently proven his ability to excel in leadership roles, starting as a Franchise Development Representative and working his way up to his current position as President of UFG and President of Fully Promoted.

Throughout his journey, Andrew has received numerous awards and accolades, including being named UFG’s MVP in 2021, 2023, and 2025 as well as being inducted into the UFG Hall of Fame. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the development of United Franchise Group, driving revenue and unit growth for the company. Andrew’s strengths include his ability to excel in sales and leadership, as well as his relentless desire to improve and be the best.

Christina grew up in Miami, Florida, and has spent over 20 years building her career as a marketing and creative strategy executive. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Miami and later an MBA from Florida International University.

Christina co-founded and ran DAS Group, a South Florida-based digital agency recognized twice by Entrepreneur Magazine as Franchise Marketing Supplier of the Year. During her time leading DAS Group, she and her team supported complex multi-location campaigns for brands in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., before it was acquired in 2021.

Most recently, Christina served as Executive Vice President of Creative Strategy at Marketing.com, where she led a 35-person team, rebranded more than 32 acquisitions under one unified brand, and drove millions in inbound opportunities through multi-channel campaigns.

Having partnered with United Franchise Group for more than 15 years in her agency and corporate roles, Christina is excited to officially join the UFG family. In her role as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), she is focused on leveraging data-driven insights and marketing intelligence to raise awareness and strengthen the impact of UFG’s brands in the marketplace.

Jim Butler

Jim Butler has over 35 years of experience in the franchising industry. He began his career as a Marketing Representative for Signarama in Farmingdale, New York, where he quickly advanced to Regional Vice President. In that role, he played a key part in developing more than 150 Signarama locations across Arizona and California. 

He later served as Director of Sales for five years, overseeing sales operations for United Franchise Group brands throughout the United States and Australia. Over the past eight years, Jim has led the Big Flavor Brands Food Division, driving the growth and success of concepts such as The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill and Graze Craze, both of which achieved top positions in their respective industries. 

Currently, Jim is focused on expanding all brands into Latin America and the Caribbean, further strengthening their international presence.
