The Vast Regional Meetings are one‑day, in‑person events that bring franchisees together for learning, collaboration, and peer connection. Held alongside the GWA and GCUC, they focus on sharing best practices, tackling real‑world challenges, and participating in interactive roundtable discussions on operations and growth. The goal is to inspire meaningful dialogue, practical takeaways, and stronger connections across the Vast network.

Is there a registration fee to attend?
No. There’s no fee to attend; however, you must RSVP for each meeting you plan to attend through the registration portal.
How do I RSVP?
Use the registration portal link included in the announcement. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your RSVP is submitted. Updates are also posted to Mighty Network.
Can I attend both regional meetings?
Yes. If you plan to attend both, complete an RSVP for each so we can plan headcount and materials accordingly.
Are staff allowed to attend?
Yes. These meetings are designed for franchisees and staff; team participation is encouraged.
When will the agenda be available?
Session topics and timing will be posted in the registration portal and internal communications portal.
Will there be a VAST Conference this year?
No. The next conference is planned for 2027 aligned with the World Expo in Washington, DC.
Is Wi‑Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi‑Fi will be available; access details will be provided at check‑in.
