Work the plan. If you have a good plan and work it, you have success. If you don’t have a plan, you plan to fail. If you have a plan and don’t use it, you might as well not have the plan. It’s no different than the person who knows how to read and never does. So if you have a plan, you’ve got to work it and that’s my takeaway: that I have to be disciplined, my staff has to be disciplined. And we want to build a business, not just have a job or something to do eight hours a day that’s really remarkable in our market.

I’d say it’s just the way they teach you how to how to succeed. Just the plan that they have, they’ve researched it a long time and that it’s going to work. I came here with a different mindset of how I was going to run the business. But when I left here, it’s not the same as what I came in with. It changed around completely.

Learning what the embroidery industry is all about, learning the marketing concept, how you stick to the plan, it’s gonna work for you. They really drive that home and so, you are really set up for success.

But it was the financial end that I was a little bit worried about because I don’t have a background in accounting or financing or anything like that. And the way everything had been explained to me, it was very I took it in very easily and I was able to use my my math skills to really apply to what we do on a daily basis.
