Fully Promoted Celebrates 25 Years of Growth, Innovation, and Franchise Success

Fully Promoted marked a major milestone this spring, celebrating its 25th anniversary at the brand’s annual convention in Fort Worth, Texas. Held March 29–31 in conjunction with ASI Fort Worth, the three-day event brought together more than 200 franchise owners, vendors, and staff from across the United Franchise Group (UFG) network. Themed “Trailblazers,” the convention honored a quarter century of franchise success while outlining new initiatives to drive the brand’s next era of growth.

President Andrew Titus opened the event by reflecting on the company’s evolution and sharing a forward-focused vision built on technology, partnership, and franchise empowerment. “Celebrating 25 years of success is an incredible milestone, but what excites me even more is the future we’re building together,” he said. “With exciting partnerships, new technology, and the strength of our franchise family, we are well-positioned to lead the industry for the next 25 years and beyond.” His remarks set the tone for a convention centered on innovation and collaboration across the Fully Promoted network.

UFG CEO and Fully Promoted founder Ray Titus delivered a keynote celebrating the brand’s journey from its early days as EmbroidMe to becoming one of the industry’s largest promotional product distributors. “Watching Fully Promoted grow over these past 25 years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career,” he said. “The convention wasn’t just about celebrating our past; it was about setting the stage for an even stronger future.” The message reinforced Fully Promoted’s continued focus on leadership, culture, and community as key drivers of long-term success.

A highlight of the event was the awards dinner and Hall of Fame induction, recognizing outstanding franchise performance and contributions. Honorees included Michelle Bottino of St. Charles, IL (Mentor of the Year); Donnie and Celeena Bedore of Fort Worth, TX (Humanitarian of the Year); and Sal Calautti of Southern New Hampshire and Todd Martinez of Albuquerque, NM (The Rock Award). The Hall of Fame welcomed new inductees including Bill Reilly and Jocelyn Hechtl; the Hamsher family of Canton, OH; and Alex Taggard of Newton, MA. Franchisee Todd Diskin of Lenexa, KS, summed up the sentiment shared by many: “Being a Fully Promoted franchise owner for the past 21 years has been an incredible journey. I’m proud to be part of a legacy that has empowered so many others to build something meaningful in their communities.”

The convention also underscored Fully Promoted’s commitment to strategic partnerships and technology adoption, highlighted by its early integration of ASI’s ESP+ platform. The platform equips franchisees with advanced digital tools, including AI-powered searches and custom webstores designed to streamline operations and improve customer engagement. In recognition of this collaboration, ASI was named Fully Promoted’s Vendor of the Year. Ranked 21st among the largest distributors in North America, with $127.6 million in 2023 revenue, Fully Promoted enters its next chapter positioned to continue leading through innovation, partnership, and franchisee success.
