Ray Titus, CEO of United Franchise Group, is the son of franchise pioneer Roy Titus, founder of Minuteman Press International, Inc., who along with Ray co-founded Signarama. The United Franchise Group is the global leader for Entrepreneurs, consisting of a number of successful business-to-business brands and franchise development services. The company includes franchise industry giants Signarama, the world’s largest sign franchise; EmbroidMe, the world’s largest embroidery franchise; and Transworld Business Advisors, a business brokerage and franchise development services firm. UFG also offers a unique range of development services that assist other franchise companies from conception to international expansion. As the CEO, Ray’s focus is on the future and continued growth and success of UFG.

Ray has led United Franchise Group’s affiliated companies to phenomenal growth with nearly 1400 units in more than 50 countries. Because of his continued success, Ray is committed to giving back to both the franchising community and world community with knowledge and resources.

He has spent countless hours and thousands of dollars supporting charities including those within the foundation he established in 2006, United Franchise Group Foundation, which supports The Heath Evans Foundation, Shriner’s Hospitals for Children, and Junior Achievement.

Ray is an accomplished speaker, recently he was a part of the World Leaders Conference, and has delivered several keynote addresses for other franchises. Ray also has been published in a book entitled, “Inside the Minds: Buying a Franchise.” In 2007 Ray was named Ernst & Young’s Florida Entrepreneur of the Year and the Counselor International Person of the Year. In 2010, he was named to ASI’s Power 50 list of the industry’s most influential people.

Family values are very important to Ray both at home with his wife of 25 years, Andrea, and his three boys: A.J., Austin and Andrew, and at work where he exemplifies the same loyalty and dedication. The core of his executive team has an average tenure of 20 years.
