Priority placement will be granted to our highest-level sponsors, who will receive prime locations closest to high-traffic areas such as the stage, networking zones, and catering stations, ensuring maximum attendee engagement. The layout has been curated to encourage fluid movement and natural conversations, with a focus on accessibility and visibility for all vendors.

To enhance this unique setup:

By purchasing a sponsorship, exhibitor space, or any other participation in SARCON, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy All payments made for event participation, sponsorships, and any related fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of cancellation, rescheduling, or non-attendance for any reason.
2. Event Budget and Planning Funds received are allocated toward event planning, marketing, venue costs, and other related expenses. Once a payment is made, it is considered final and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling In the rare case that the event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or other force majeure events, credits may be offered at the sole discretion of event organizers for future events, but no cash refunds will be provided.
4. Transfer of Participation If a registered participant or sponsor is unable to attend, they may transfer their participation to another party with prior written approval from the event organizers.
5. Acceptance of Terms By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. No exceptions will be made.
