Rebecca Viani
Vice President of Operations
Rebecca began her career in franchising in 2007, on the franchisee side as Director of a master franchise in South America – managing all aspects of the business from operations to business development. In addition to her role as Director, she became the planner and coordinator for all company events, as it was something that she enjoyed and excelled at. In 2009, upon returning to the U.S., she joined United Franchise Group as a Support Specialist for Plan Ahead Events, working one-on-one with the franchise owners in their respective areas to ensure their success.
With a strong sales and marketing background and first-hand experience from a franchisee perspective, Rebecca understands the importance of training and support when it comes to success. Currently, as Vice President of Operations for Plan Ahead Events, she continues to maintain her focus on ensuring that, as the company rapidly grows and expands, we continue to offer the tools, resources and support necessary for the franchisees to continue to be successful and meet their goals.
Rebecca takes a personalized approach when working with new and existing business owners to ensure that each person’s individual needs are met. She holds a degree in International Business from San Diego State University with specializations in Marketing and Management.
