Patrick Flynn

Regional Vice President

Patrick has been directly involved in franchising & business development for more than 25 years. His experience offers a diverse background; from assisting in the development of what is now the world’s largest embroidery & graphics franchise to operating two small independent and franchise businesses. Patrick’s background allows him to adjust to both large and small corporations, yet focus on the individual needs of clients that he is associated with.

Patrick has been a franchisee and entrepreneur, becoming involved in franchising initially in 1983 with Minuteman Press International (Now the World’s largest Printing Franchise). He went on to hold the position of Regional Vice President with the sister company of Minuteman Press (United Franchise Group), United Franchise Group, a $500 million company with approximately 1,400 franchise locations in 50 countries. The company’s brands include SIGNARAMA, EmbroidMe, Billboard Connection, FranchiseMart/Biz1Brokers, TransWorld and Plan Ahead Events, a home-based corporate event planning franchise. Patrick’s primary focus is on franchise sales and franchisee support.

From 2007 – 2009 Patrick was the Senior Development Consultant at iFranchise Group / Franchise Dynamics where he managed the development of emerging franchise concepts.  Projects include a Used Car Franchise (Bart’s Car Store), Trick Shots (Pool Hall), Relay Express (Logistics), Intelli-Turf (Golf) and Wausau Homes (Home Building).

Pat is specifically targeting the areas for new franchisees in Chicago, West Chicago, Milwaukee, Racine, Des Moines, Fargo, and Lincoln.  Patrick was pleased to welcome his wife to the Plan Ahead Events team in 2011 as a franchisee!
