As an enterprising executive with a blend of advanced knowledge in Sales, Marketing, and Operations Management from the ranks of the Franchise Industry, Howard is seeking to lead and direct marketing, sales, people, and projects for a major Franchise Corporation. In additional to his outstanding leadership, his strengths include excellent business management skills, solid marketing instincts, an innovative mindset, a knack for problem solving and, the ability to build lucrative alliances with key business partners. Strategic in approach, and single-minded in achieving goals, he has established a proven track record in maximizing bottom-line performance that delivers measurable and meaningful business results and profitability.

He has an ability to collaborate with internal company executives, as a trusted advisor, to create organizational vision and road map, as it relates to extending the utility of current offerings and/or expanding into new vertical markets. Howard ism compassionate about helping individuals obtain and grow their own franchise system.

Howard’s current focus for the EmbroidMe & Plan Ahead Events franchise models are greater Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento and San Diego areas and is looking to expand hub areas such as Santa Barbara,  Redding, Ventura, and San Gabriel valley.
