David Sajn

Regional Vice President

David Sajn joined United Franchise Group in 2011 as the Regional Vice President for Transworld Business Advisors in the Midwest region of the United States.  He began his professional career with CareerBuilder and for more than 6 years he built relationships within the business and franchise communities.  In his time at CareerBuilder he worked with a range of all types of businesses including small, medium, large and Fortune 500 companies across the country to help them recruit and retain talent.

Embracing a bottom-up approach, David grew relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and built a network of internal coaches and customers to implement entirely new recruiting methods within his clients’ business.

After successfully helping large franchise companies such as McDonald’s, Burger King, State Farm, Allstate and United Franchise Group recruit for talent across the country, David was asked to be part of a new division at CareerBuilder that focused exclusively on franchise companies.  Working with a number of large, national brands as well as smaller niche concepts David not only helped his clients recruit employees but he also developed programs to help franchisors in their franchise development and area expansion efforts.

Upon leaving CareerBuilder in 2011, David joined United Franchise Group as a Regional Vice President, actively developing Transworld Business Advisors in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin.  David is a graduate of Purdue University and lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife Catherine, a Doctor of Optometry.
